Role Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Archiving Consultant with strong hands-on experience in MirrorWeb and Microsoft Purview to design and implement an enterprise compliance archiving solution across email, SMS, Teams, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement archiving solutions using MirrorWeb and Microsoft Purview.

- Consolidate email archiving into MirrorWeb and extend capture to SMS, Teams, and SharePoint.

- Define and configure retention schedules, legal holds, and compliance policies.

- Assess existing Microsoft licensing capabilities and determine the right balance between MirrorWeb vs. Purview.

- Support SMS capture as a near-term implementation requirement.

- Work directly with the Compliance team to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.





- Provide solution design, configuration guidance, implementation support, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Compliance and data governance.

- Solid experience with MirrorWeb archiving solutions.

- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.

- Knowledge of retention, eDiscovery, legal hold, and compliance requirements.

- Ability to evaluate and rationalize overlapping capabilities between Microsoft Purview and third-party archiving platforms.

- Strong solution design, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
