- Corporate Secretarial domain of private limited companies
- Assist in drafting and reviewing the contract drafts
- To assist in research on legal points for advisory and other related assignments; - Daily tracking of regulatory changes and key developments
- To prepare weekly legal updates on relevant laws; - Maintaining andmanaging trackers related to legal function processes
- Assist in preparing team presentations
- To assist in compiling Legal & Compliance related documents; - To support Legal & Secretarial Team in overall day-to-day work.
