Role Description The Community Partnerships Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, corporates, and local groups to support Prasanna Trust’s programs and outreach. The associate will coordinate events and workshops, manage communication with partners, and ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.

Daily tasks include stakeholder outreach, maintaining partnership records, preparing basic reports and presentations, and supporting social media or promotional activities related to community engagement.



The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align partnerships with the Trust’s mission and to amplify the impact of its spiritual and cultural programs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management to develop and sustain community partnerships.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, public speaking or presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Experience in event coordination or program support, including planning, logistics, and on-ground execution of workshops or community initiatives.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort using social media or digital platforms for outreach.
- Background or robust interest in social impact, community development, spirituality, or Indian philosophy, with sensitivity to diverse cultures and beliefs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, humanities, communications, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in NGOs, educational institutions, or community-focused roles in Bengaluru or similar urban settings will be an advantage.
