Today, our community helps 20+ employers receive 300+ job applications every day . We want to scale it to 100+ employers receiving 3000 Job-applications daily

We are looking for a Community Growth Intern who wants to be part of building this from the ground up. The role would include

1. Discover excellent opportunities: Research relevant and interesting job openings across different companies, industries and locations.
2. Build engagement: Share the right jobs with the right audience through our WhatsApp communities and LinkedIn channels.
3. Talk to job-seekers: Reach out to job-seekers, understand what they are looking for, collect feedback and identify ways to make the community better.
4. Experiment and grow:



Try new ideas to increase engagement, applications and the overall value we provide to job-seekers.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for college students/freshers who are

- Curious and willing to learn
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn and the internet
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Interested in digital marketing, communities, recruitment or startups

We will guide you on what needs to be done step-by-step. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of communities allotted to him/her and own the engagement & growth of the community

Commitment: ~ 2 hours/day

Stipend: ₹2,000/month
