Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Health Verse’s fitness, nutrition, and gym infrastructure solutions, and closing sales on a commission basis. The associate will manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

Daily tasks include explaining service offerings, addressing customer queries, coordinating with coaching and operations teams,



and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role requires a proactive approach to local market outreach, including in-person visits, events, and partnership development with gyms, wellness centers, and institutions.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in commission-based or target-driven roles.
- Customer relationship management abilities, including follow-up, objection handling, and client retention.
- Familiarity with fitness, nutrition, or wellness services, or a strong interest in the health and wellness industry.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions in a structured, persuasive manner.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of CRM tools, messaging platforms, and cloud-based applications for tracking leads and sales.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, travel locally for client meetings, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in retail, health club, wellness center, or service-based sales is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
