Commission Sales Associate – Remote

Quantum Marketing India is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in Meta Ads, performance marketing, lead generation, web development, and social media management.

We are looking for a self-motivated Commission Sales Associate to work remotely and handle the complete sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Responsibilities

- Find and generate your own leads.
- Prospect and contact potential clients.
- Understand client needs and pitch our services.
- Conduct sales calls and meetings.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
- Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with our team after closing.

Commission 15% commission on every successfully closed and paid deal. There is no fixed salary. The higher your sales, the higher your earnings.

- Client pays ₹50,000 → ₹7,500 commission




- Client pays ₹1,00,000 → ₹15,000 commission
- Client pays ₹2,00,000 → ₹30,000 commission

Important We will not provide leads, client data, prospect lists, or databases. You are responsible for finding and converting your own clients.

Requirements

- Solid communication and sales skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Confident in cold calling and outreach.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
