?️ CONTINENTAL COMMIS 1 / 2 / 3 Responsibilities: Prepare Continental dishes as per restaurant standards. Handle basic food preparation, mise en place, and plating. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Assist senior chefs during service and daily kitchen operations. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients. Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen SOPs.
Requirements: Previous experience in a Continental kitchen preferred. Valuable knowledge of Continental cuisine and basic cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Team player with good discipline and hygiene practices.
Commis 1: More experienced; independently handles sections and supports senior chefs. Commis 2: Intermediate-level kitchen experience; handles preparation and basic cooking. Commis 3: Entry-level; assists with preparation, mise en place, and kitchen support.
