ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Transformation Manager to support a large-scale commercial transformation initiative across the AMEA region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Map, document and analyze end-to-end commercial processes across markets
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and optimization
- Translate transformation objectives into actionable implementation plans
- Collaborate with Data Governance, Change Management and Business Unit teams
- Engage with Sales, Branch and Head Office stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
- Track milestones, prepare governance reports and resolve implementation issues




- Support seamless execution of SAP S/4HANA and o9 transformation programs
- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, trackers and business reports
