Commercial Coordination & Agency Management
Job location - Dholera, Gujarat
- Drive standardization of commercial processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms across all project packages.
- Ensure compliance with approved budgets, delegated authorities, contractual obligations, and internal control requirements.
- Monitor commercial risks and proactively recommend mitigation measures.
Contractor Billing & Commercial Administration
- Oversee and govern contractor RA bill certification processes through PMCs and Cost Consultants.
- Ensure timely validation and processing of contractor payments in line with contractual terms.
- Ensure timely review and completion of quantity measurements, material reconciliations, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Resolve commercial disputes, billing issues, and payment-related escalations.
- Support periodic forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC) reviews, and cash-flow planning.
Contract Management & Change Control
- Ensure proper administration of construction contracts and commercial provisions.
- Review variations, change orders, claims, and extension-of-time requests in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Support negotiation and resolution of commercial claims
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Act as the primary interface for PMCs, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Consultants, Contractors, and internal functional teams.
- Monitor consultant and contractor performance against commercial deliverables and agreed timelines.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure timely closure of commercial and contractual matters.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Project Controls, and Project Management teams.
Audit, Compliance & Assurance
- To establish mechanism for audit trails and supporting documentation for commercial transactions.
- Support internal and external audits, governance reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Maintain adherence to statutory, contractual, and company policy requirements
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, EPC contracts, FIDIC principles, IS Codes for Civil Engineering and project commercial management.
- Experience in RA bill certification, quantity verification, material reconciliation, and change management.
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and project cost management tools.
- Advanced analytical and commercial evaluation skills.

- Structured problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- High attention to detail with a governance-focused mindset.
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), or BE (Civil) or BE (Mechanical).
- Certifications in Project Management, Contract Management, or Commercial Management is preferred
- 8 to 20 years of experience in RA Bills certification, commercial management, project controls, cost management, or project finance for large capital projects.
- Proven experience in industrial, infrastructure, semiconductor, manufacturing, data centre, EPC, or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience working with PMCs, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Consultants, and Contractors.
