LoanDidi is hiring a Team Manager to build and run its telecalling collections desk in Raipur. You will own daily allocation of overdue accounts, bucket-wise recovery targets, call quality and audits, escalations to demand notice or legal, and a clean daily MIS while hiring, training and driving a team of 4–6 callers. This is hands-on: you will be on hard-bucket calls yourself and will be measured on resolution rates, amount recovered against target, and PTP-to-payment conversion.

We want 3–6 years in collections with at least 2 years running a telecalling or field recovery team at an NBFC, bank, fintech or agency, fluent Hindi and Chhattisgarhi, and genuine comfort building a collections MIS in Excel. One non-negotiable: we operate under the RBI Fair Practices Code, and calling outside permitted hours, contacting unauthorised persons, threats or any harassment of a borrower is grounds for immediate termination — of the caller and of the manager who allowed it.
