We are looking for an energetic and experienced Collections Trainer to join the team in Bangalore . The candidate will be responsible for training and coaching collections professionals, improving negotiation and customer-handling skills, ensuring compliance, and supporting agents in achieving recovery and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities Conduct training programs for new hires covering collections processes, systems, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Deliver refresher training and coaching sessions to improve collections performance.

Train agents on effective negotiation, objection handling, customer communication, and de-escalation techniques.

Manage QRT (Quick Response Teams) for complex collections scenarios and critical agent performance issues.

Support QRT activities to ensure quick resolution of challenging customer and collection cases.

Monitor live and recorded customer calls to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.

Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to collections agents.

Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve agent performance and recovery results.

Help agents achieve assigned recovery targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Track trainee performance, assessments, attendance, progress, and training effectiveness.





Identify recurring training gaps and recommend appropriate coaching or development programs.

Maintain training records and prepare regular training performance reports.
