Job Responsibilities

- Follow up with students/clients for pending and upcoming payments through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure timely collection of fees as per agreed payment schedules.
- Maintain regular payment follow-up records and update collection status in the CRM.
- Handle payment-related queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Negotiate payment timelines and plans while maintaining company policies.
- Coordinate with the Counselling and Visa Process teams regarding student payment status.
- Follow up on overdue payments and escalate long-pending cases to management.
- Maintain professional relationships with students/clients while ensuring effective collections.

Experience 1–3 years of experience in collections, payment follow-up, student counselling, finance, or a similar role.

Experience in the education/immigration industry will be preferred.

Key Requirement The candidate should be comfortable with regular payment follow-ups, negotiation, and collection of outstanding student/client payments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
