Key Responsibilities Contact customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers for timely repayment.
Communicate professionally with customers during recovery interactions.
Explain payment requirements and assist customers with suitable repayment options.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and collection activities.
Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments.
Follow company guidelines and recovery procedures.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Report collection progress and customer responses to the reporting manager.
Maintain qualified customer relationships throughout the recovery process.
