Key Responsibilities (Collection Executive):

- Make outbound collection calls to customers for overdue payments (Saisha's Customers dues)
- Explain outstanding amounts clearly and follow up until closure
- Maintain daily call logs,



payment commitments, and update records accurately
- Coordinate with customers for payment modes, settlements, and reminders
- Handle basic customer concerns professionally and follow company compliance

Eligibility:

- Education: 10th pass or below can also apply
- No English required
- Minimum 3 months of experience in collections is mandatory
- Valuable Hindi communication skills
- Telecalling experience in any collection process preferred

Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Day Shift)

Sunday fixed week off
