We are hiring Collection Executives for our client for the Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues. Handle collection and recovery activities through regular customer follow-ups. Communicate with customers professionally and handle payment-related queries. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and collection status. Achieve assigned collection targets. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending payments.

Candidate Requirements: Positive communication and customer-handling skills. Kannada and English are mandatory.

Candidate should know any one additional language: Telugu / Tamil / Hindi. Candidates with collection, recovery, telecalling or customer-handling experience are preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
