Role Description The Cold Outreach Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhanbad. This position involves identifying potential clients, researching their needs, and initiating contact through email, messages, and calls to introduce Your Edit Partner’s services. The specialist will craft personalized outreach messages, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records of interactions in outreach and CRM tools.

Daily tasks include managing outreach campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to refine messaging, gathering feedback from prospects, and providing basic information and support to interested clients.



The role requires meeting outreach targets, reporting on engagement metrics, and contributing ideas to improve lead generation and client conversion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, persuasive outreach messages and engage professionally with prospects.
