Job Role

- Coding and Robotics Instructor

- Deliver high-quality learning experiences to students in partnered schools.

- Conduct engaging sessions on coding, robotics, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and related future skills.

- Introduce students to fundamental programming concepts, algorithms, and logical thinking.

- Create a creative, collaborative, and interactive learning environment.

- Ensure effective program execution while maintaining regular communication with students, parents, school authorities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery

- Ensure timely completion of all structured program deliverables.

- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on coding, robotics, and problem-solving concepts.

- Teach fundamental programming concepts, algorithms, and logical reasoning.

- Encourage students to participate in coding projects, hackathons, and robotics competitions.

- Create an engaging and collaborative classroom environment.

- Ensure effective implementation of the WizKlub curriculum.

School Coordination &

- Representation

- Represent WizKlub professionally at partner school locations.

- Follow school timings, calendars, schedules, and assigned responsibilities.

- Plan and coordinate sessions in advance for smooth program execution.

- Coordinate with school authorities regarding session requirements and activities.

Student Management &

- Training

- Maintain accurate student attendance and progress records.

- Ensure lesson plans are explicit, organized, and prepared before each session.





- Stay updated with the WizKlub curriculum, learning platforms, and robotics hardware.

- Complete required instructor certifications and training programs.

- Provide appropriate guidance and support to students during learning activities.

Reporting &

- Documentation

- Maintain accurate attendance, session, and student performance records.

- Provide timely updates to WizKlub and school stakeholders.

- Track and document student progress consistently.

- Prepare and submit reports related to overall program execution.

Student Performance &

- Assessment

- Monitor and record student scores after each session.

- Evaluate student learning and identify areas requiring additional support.

- Prepare and share monthly student performance reports.

- Update and distribute progress cards to students and parents.

Stakeholder Communication &

- Engagement

- Communicate regularly with parents, school authorities, students, and internal teams.

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

- Conduct student and parent orientation sessions.

- Represent WizKlub at school events, expos, competitions, and other activities.

- Address student or program-related challenges and escalate issues for timely resolution.

Business Contribution

- Contribute to overall business growth by improving student learning outcomes and engagement.

- Support strong relationships with partner schools through effective program delivery.

- Help enhance student participation, satisfaction, and overall program effectiveness.
