Role Description

The Co-Investment Partner (Agri-Infra, Agri-Drones, Agri-Farms, Agri-Warehouse, etc.) will collaborate with AgroNest to identify, evaluate, and structure investment opportunities across agri-infrastructure and agri-tech projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing potential ventures, conducting financial and technical due diligence, assessing risk-return profiles, and co-developing investment strategies aligned with AgroNest’s sustainability and innovation objectives. The partner will work closely with AgroNest’s leadership team to design funding structures, negotiate terms, and monitor portfolio performance,



ensuring value creation and long-term impact.

This is a full time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site engagement with stakeholders and investors and some work-from-home flexibility for research, analysis, and virtual collaboration.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate agri-infra and agri-tech opportunities, assess risks, and support data-driven investment decisions.
- Experience in investments and finance, with a track record in evaluating projects, structuring deals, and managing capital deployment.
- Proficiency in investment strategies and investment management, including portfolio construction, performance monitoring, and exit planning.
- Knowledge of agriculture, agri-tech, or infrastructure sectors, ideally with exposure to agri-drones, farms, warehousing, or supply chain solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders, demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or investment are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, with readiness for site visits, investor meetings, and periodic travel as required.
- Commitment to ethical, sustainable investing and an interest in long-term impact within the agricultural and environmental domains.
