We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who can invest, take ownership and actively contribute to building and scaling the company.
? Investment
Minimum Investment: ₹10 Lakhs
No fixed salary
Compensation through equity/ownership
Equity percentage and terms will be mutually agreed based on investment, experience and contribution
? Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and revenue
Develop BFSI corporate partnerships
Lead sales, recruitment and business development
Identify current business opportunities
Build and manage teams
Develop strategic partnerships
Participate in key business and financial decisions
Help scale the company across India
? Ideal Candidate
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong business development / sales / BFSI / recruitment experience preferred
Ability to invest ₹10 Lakhs or more
Strong networking and leadership skills
Willing to take active ownership of the business
Long-term commitment to building a company
