TeepiTaap Beverages is an emerging Indian beverage company building consumer-focused beverage products designed for the next generation of Indian consumers.

We are building TeepiTaap with the ambition of creating a strong, scalable beverage brand with a presence across retail, modern trade and emerging consumption channels.

At this stage of our journey, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join the founding team and play a key role in shaping the company's strategy, growth and long-term direction.

Role Description The Co-Founder & CEO role is a full time leadership position focused on driving TeepiTaap's overall growth and strategic direction.

The Co-Founder & CEO will work closely with the existing founding team to develop business strategy, build teams and systems, expand distribution, strengthen partnerships and establish the foundations required to scale the company.

This is a highly hands-on early-stage role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating across strategy and execution and taking ownership of important business decisions.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who is willing to invest capital as well as actively build the company . This is not a passive investor position. The ideal person should be willing to take ownership, work alongside the founder, make decisions, solve problems.

We are particularly interested in individuals who can bring a combination of relevant industry experience, entrepreneurial capability, strategic networks and the ability to contribute financially to the company's growth.





This is intended for someone who wants to be deeply involved in building the business alongside the existing founding team.

The ideal candidate should:

- Think like an owner.
- Be highly execution-oriented.
- Be comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Have strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Be able to build and lead teams.
- Have relevant experience in FMCG, beverages, consumer brands, startups or related sectors.
- Bring useful industry relationships, networks or domain expertise.
- Be comfortable working hands-on during the early stages.
- Have the ability and willingness to contribute to the company's growth, including through financial participation where mutually agreed.
- Be committed to building the company for the long term.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive overall business strategy and growth .
- Develop and execute TeepiTaap's go-to-market strategy.
- Work across sales, marketing, operations and product to drive business growth.
- Build strategic partnerships across the beverage and consumer ecosystem.
- Develop organizational processes and systems for scale.
- Recruit, develop and manage high-performing teams.
- Track key business metrics, unit economics and financial performance.
- Identify new markets, channels and growth opportunities.




- Work closely with the founding team on product and brand strategy.
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor relationships.
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, strategic partners and other stakeholders.
- Represent TeepiTaap with external partners and the broader business community.
- Take genuine ownership of the company's long-term success.
