About Me

I’m Rishabh Jain, an Indian entrepreneur and founder with a track record of building successful businesses and understanding the Indian consumer market.

I was CEO of Shiftal - Which was one of India's top 5 & Leading crypto exchanges in 2022.

After a break I’m now building Peacechat with the ambition of creating a large-scale consumer technology company from India.

I am looking for a Co-Founder (With investments - Equity based)

The MVP is already built and ready.

We have also completed our soft launch, and the initial response has been encouraging:

- Instagram is growing organically
- Users are joining the platform every day
- We are acquiring early users without spending heavily on paid marketing
- The product is already live and being tested by real users
- The foundation is in place to move towards a larger launch

At this stage, I am looking for a strategic co-founder who can take Peacechat to the next level, particularly on the marketing, growth and scaling side of the business.

What I’m Looking ForI’m looking for someone who can:

1. Invest into the business and become a genuine partner in building Peacechat, or

2. Help raise the required capital through their own network, investors,



strategic relationships or fundraising expertise.

This is not a traditional employment chance.

I am looking for someone who wants to come in as a co-founder and build the company together, with meaningful ownership and a long-term vision.

The Instagram community is growing organically.

And most importantly, people are already discovering and joining the platform without significant marketing expenditure.

This gives us an opportunity to demonstrate early product validation before deploying significant capital into growth.

With the right marketing strategy, capital and execution, I believe Peacechat has the potential to scale significantly.

This also makes the opportunity particularly interesting from an investor perspective, because we are not starting with just an idea or pitch deck — the product exists, the launch has begun, and users are already coming in organically.
