We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who can invest, take ownership and actively contribute to building and scaling the company.
? Investment
- Minimum Investment: ₹10 Lakhs
- No fixed salary
- Compensation through equity/ownership
- Equity percentage and terms will be mutually agreed based on investment, experience and contribution
? Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and revenue
- Develop BFSI corporate partnerships
- Lead sales, recruitment and business development
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and manage teams
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Participate in key business and financial decisions
- Help scale the company across India
? Ideal Candidate
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong business development / sales / BFSI / recruitment experience preferred
- Ability to invest ₹10 Lakhs or more
- Strong networking and leadership skills
- Willing to take active ownership of the business
- Long-term commitment to building a company
