- Operate and set up CNC Turnmill and VMC 5-Axis machines.
- He must have Hands on experience in Fanuc controller
- Perform inspection and measurement of machined parts using precision instruments.
- Should be able to read, understand and modify the CNC Programs.
- Knowledge G & M codes.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; symbols accurately.
- Select and manage cutting tools and machining parameters for optimal performance.
- Conduct prove-out for Recent Product Development (NPD) parts.
- Maintain daily production reports, work orders, and non-conformity documentation.
- Ensure material movement and traceability within the shop floor.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Maintain 5S and workplace discipline & able to do daily preventive maintenance of machines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
