We are looking for an experienced CNC setter to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities• CNC Turning machine setting & operation

- Tool setting, tool offsets & work offsets
- First-piece setting and dimensional correction
- Reading engineering drawings & basic GD&T;
- Tool selection, tool-life monitoring & replacement
- In-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Gauges, etc.
- Achieve production, quality & cycle-time targets
- Reduce rejection, rework, setup time & downtime
- Follow SOP, Control Plan, 5S, Safety & Quality requirements
- Support Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement activities

Candidate ProfileQualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Machining

Experience: Min 3 years in CNC machining programming & setting Experience.

Skills:



CNC programming, setting, tooling, offsets, drawing reading & measuring instruments

Preferred: Experience in precision-machined components manufacturing.
