CNC OPERATOR – INTERIOR & MODULAR FURNITURE PRODUCTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our interior production facility in Sulur, Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating CNC machines used for modular furniture and interior production, including panel processing, drilling, routing, and related operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate CNC machines for modular furniture and interior production.
- Operate CNC 6-side drilling / panel processing machines as required.
- Read and understand CNC programs, drawings, cutting lists, and production requirements.
- Load and unload panels correctly and safely.
- Set up machines and select appropriate tools and parameters.
- Ensure accurate drilling, routing, grooving, and cutting as per specifications.
- Inspect finished panels for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Identify machine or programming errors and report them promptly.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of processed panels.
- Follow all factory safety procedures and operating standards.





REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5+ years of experience as a CNC Operator.
- Experience in modular furniture, interior production, or furniture manufacturing preferred.
- Experience operating CNC panel processing / drilling / routing machines.
- Good knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDF, and other furniture panels.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and dimensions.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programs and machine settings.
- Good measurement and quality-checking skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
- Willingness to work in a factory production workplace.

ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience with CNC 6-side drilling machines.
- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture, or interior manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and nesting.
- Experience with automated panel processing machinery.
