Experience

2 to 5 years working in a CMM Operation /CMM Programing

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CMM operation and programming.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to understand dimensional tolerances.
- Knowledge of inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Perform and oversee dimensional inspections of CNC machined parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments (CMM, VMM, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, profilometers, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain CMM inspection reports.
- Identify and report non-conforming parts
- Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and Material Test Reports.




- Keep the CMM machine clean and calibrated.
- Follow company Quality, Safety, and 5S procedures.

Salary: ₹20000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
