Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain CMDB governance standards, data ownership models, CI classes, relationship rules, and lifecycle processes.
n
- Implement and manage ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
n
- Drive CMDB data quality improvements through reconciliation, normalization, mandatory attributes, and health dashboards.
n
- Work with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and service owners to validate services and CI relationships.
n
- Support ITSM processes by ensuring CMDB data supports incident impact analysis, change risk assessment, and problem management.
n
- Prepare compliance, audit, and governance reports related to configuration data accuracy and completeness.
n
- Identify gaps in data sources, discovery coverage,



service maps, and integration quality.
n
- Document CMDB processes, standards, roles, responsibilities, and operational procedures.
