4-6 stores with 10-15 team members

Job Responsibilities:

- Own complete P&L; for Pune cluster of 3-4 Stanley Studios/Experience Centers

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the cluster - typically 15-30 Cr annually

- Monitor store-level revenue, footfalls, conversion %, ASP, and ticket size

- Plan and execute local marketing activations, exhibitions, and architect/builder meets to drive walk-ins

- Manage inventory, display, and VM standards across all stores in cluster

- Recruit, train, and manage Store Managers and retail teams of 25-40 people

- Drive performance through daily huddles, weekly reviews, and incentive planning

- Build capability on product knowledge, CAD software, space planning, and consultative selling

- Reduce attrition and maintain high team morale in luxury retail setting

- Implement StanleyÔÇÖs customer experience SOPs and NPS targets

- Ensure 5-star customer journey from walk-in to delivery and post-sales service

- Handle escalations, custom orders, and HNI client management

- Maintain store standards per Stanley luxury brand guidelines - display, cleanliness, staffing

- Coordinate with factory, logistics, and installation teams for on-time delivery

- Drive CRM usage,



lead management, and database growth

- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders in Pune market

- Identify new catchment areas and support new store launches if planned

- Conduct competition mapping - Durian, Godrej Interio, Home Centre, local premium players

- Provide market feedback to HO on pricing, trends, and product mix

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field

- 15-20 years in retail sales, with 10+ years as Area/Cluster Manager

- Mandatory: Premium/luxury retail, furniture, home décor, building materials, or lifestyle

- Experience handling HNI customers

- Proficiency in MS Office ÔÇô Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks

- Strong people leadership and ability to drive team in high-pressure targets

- Excellent business acumen and P&L; understanding

- Hands-on with MS Excel, CRM tools, and retail analytics

- Good network with architects/interior designer community in Pune is a big plus
