We are looking for an experienced Cluster Head to lead and expand the Independent Financial Distributor (IFD) business across the North region. The role is responsible for driving business growth, managing P&L;, expanding the distributor network, building and leading high-performing teams, and increasing sales of investment products through the IFD channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the cluster's Profit & Loss (P&L;) and drive overall business performance.

- Develop and execute business expansion strategies across assigned territories.

- Identify and onboard Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs), including:

- Chartered Accountants (CAs)

- Ex-Bankers

- Wealth Advisors

- Insurance Advisors

- Finance Professionals

- Build strong relationships with IFDs and support their business growth.

- Promote investment products including

- Mutual Funds

- IPOs

- NFOs

- Bonds

- NCDs

- Corporate Fixed Deposits

- Capital Market Products

- Drive sales productivity through regular engagement, training and business development initiatives.

- Lead, mentor and develop the cluster team while ensuring high productivity and retention.





- Train IFDs on digital platforms and mobile applications to enhance customer experience.

- Organise investor meets, distributor engagement programs and business development events.

- Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen brand presence in assigned markets.

- Monitor competition, market trends and product performance to maximise business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10-12+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.

- Strong exposure to

- Mutual Funds

- Fixed Income Products

- Life Insurance

- General Insurance

- Experience managing a P&L.;

- Proven experience in leading and managing large sales teams.

- Hands-on experience in empanelment and management of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)/IFDs.

- Strong understanding of the IFA/IFD business model.

- An established network within the IFA/IFD ecosystem is preferred.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- NISM Series V-A Certification is mandatory.

- IRDA Certification will be an added advantage.
