Roles & Responsibilities

- Cluster Operations: Oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple hospital/clinic branches within the assigned cluster.
- Team Management: Lead, guide and monitor branch managers and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Business Performance: Drive revenue, patient footfall, productivity and overall business growth across the cluster.
- KPI Monitoring: Track branch-wise KPIs, targets, operational metrics and take corrective actions where required.
- Patient Experience: Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality and patient satisfaction across all branches.
- Staff Coordination: Coordinate with HR and branch teams for manpower planning, recruitment, training and performance management.
- Process Compliance:



Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Financial Management: Monitor branch expenses, budgets, collections and cost-control measures.
- Problem Resolution: Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting to Management: Prepare and submit regular cluster performance reports, provide insights and recommend improvement strategies.
