Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support across Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
- Work as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, AVD, Networking, Automation, Conditional Access, and ExpressRoute.
- Administer Office 365 environments.
- Perform advanced Windows Server administration across Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Manage AD architecture.
- Design and manage GPOs.
- Manage DNS/DHCP.
- Manage DFS.
- Manage Certificate Services.
- Develop and implement PowerShell automation.
- Perform expert-level Windows desktop troubleshooting.
- Manage endpoints using Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM.
- Manage advanced networking environments.
- Work with TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, OSPF, BGP basics, subnetting, wireless enterprise design, and WAN optimization.
- Manage Fortinet FortiGate environments.
- Configure advanced firewall policies.
- Manage SD-WAN.
- Manage SSL and IPsec VPN.
- Manage IPS/IDS.
- Manage HA configurations.
- Manage Cisco Meraki environments.
- Work with intermediate Cisco IOS networking, including switching, routing, and ACLs.
- Manage VMware ESXi and virtualization environments.
- Perform capacity planning.
- Perform performance tuning.
- Support migration activities.
- Manage VMware hosts.
- Develop advanced PowerShell scripts and automation.
- Reduce manual operational overhead through automation.
- Work with monitoring and alerting platforms including PRTG, Datadog, Azure Monitor, and LogicMonitor.
- Provide technical leadership and guide junior and mid-level engineers.
- Communicate with clients and manage expectations.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple clients and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
