Job Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Development

- Develop and execute channel partner strategy aligned with Denave’s business goals for International Market
- Identify, onboard, and nurture current channel partners, resellers, and alliances for different international geography
- Drive partner-led pipeline and revenue growth across assigned regions

Partner Alliances & Management

- Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and go-to-market support
- Conduct partner trainings, workshops, and quarterly business reviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Track partner performance, pipeline, and conversions
- Ensure achievement of channel revenue targets and KPIs
- Drive enterprise sales for Cloud and AI solutions across international markets
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiations, and closure,consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Go-to-Market & Collaboration

- Collaborate with marketing teams on partner campaigns, events, and lead generation




- Support partner participation in webinars, roadshows, and industry events
- Gather market and partner feedback to refine offerings

Reporting

- Maintain accurate partner data, forecasts, and reports
- Ensure compliance with Denave’s partner policies and processes

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 –10 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management / Alliances/ Enterprise Sales
- Strong understanding of B2B cloud sales and partner ecosystems in international geography and global enterprise sales is required
- Proven track record of driving enterprise and partner-led revenue growth
- Experience working with resellers,channel partners,system integrator, and strategic alliances
- Proven ability to drive partner-led revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
