nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a proactive System Administrator with solid experience in Hardware, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, managing hardware and network operations, supporting cloud environments, and providing end-user technical support.
nCandidates should have hands-on experience in Windows administration, networking, hardware troubleshooting, cloud platforms, backup & recovery, and IT infrastructure support.

nKey Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.
n
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
n
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
n
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
n
- Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
n
- Assist in implementing IT security measures.
n
- Manage backup and recovery activities.
n
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
n
- Support cloud infrastructure and Microsoft services.
n
- Maintain IT documentation and support infrastructure improvement initiatives.
n
- Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.
