- Provide clinical support and guidance to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff on product usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Identify new hospitals, accounts, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Support clinical evaluations, trials, product adoption, and conversion of new accounts.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital management, and key decision-makers.
- Support the sales team with clinical insights, product positioning, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and post-application support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of hospital visits, leads, demonstrations, trials,
and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned clinical and business development targets by driving product adoption and sales growth.
Qualification and Skills:
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Experience: 2–5 years of clinical experience (hospital/ICU/OT exposure preferred).
- Strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hospital accounts.
