Job Responsibility:-

Event Planning and Coordination

§ Plan and execute various events such as corporate activations and weddings, ensuring they reflect client visions and brand identities.

Client Collaboration

§ Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their objectives, preferences, and expectations for both corporate and wedding events.

§ Transform client ideas into innovative and memorable event experiences.

Vendor Management

§ Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors for corporate activations and weddings.

§ Ensure smooth coordination between vendors to meet client expectations and budget constraints.





Logistics and Timelines

§ Develop detailed timelines and logistical plans for events, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown phases for seamless operations.

Budget Oversight

§ Establish budgets with clients for corporate activations and weddings.

§ Negotiate cost-effective solutions with vendors while maintaining high-quality standards.

Corporate Activation Expertise

§ Understand corporate branding and marketing goals to create activations aligned with clients' business objectives.

§ Implement creative and engaging event concepts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Wedding Expertise

§ Apply in-depth knowledge of wedding industry trends, traditions, and preferences to create unique and unforgettable experiences.

§ Manage all aspects of wedding planning, including ceremony and reception coordination.

Client Communication

§ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries for both corporate and wedding events.

On-site Management:

§ Oversee on-site coordination during events, managing staff, and promptly addressing any unexpected issues.

Post-Event Evaluation:

§ Conduct post-event evaluations for corporate activations and weddings,



gathering feedback to enhance future event planning strategies.

Client Servicing

§ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and building long-term relationships.

§ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless event execution and promptly address client feedback or issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client servicing and/or business development in the event management industry.
- Should posses excellent presentation skills. (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
