We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager to own client relationships and drive projects from brief to execution and closure.

What You’ll Don• Manage client relationships and act as the key SPOC.

n• Translate client briefs into clear internal action points.

n• Lead projects across planning, creative, production & execution.

n• Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations.

n• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution.

n• Handle on-ground client servicing during events.

n• Drive post-event closure, reviews, and account documentation.

n• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.

What We’re Looking Forn

n
- 4–7 years of experience in Events / Experiential / Advertising / Client Servicing
n
- Excellent communication & client management skills
n
- Solid project management and problem-solving abilities
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
