About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to help us build strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role involves connecting with potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable media and advertising solutions, and ensuring a smooth client experience. You will also manage existing clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Connect with new and existing clients and build strong professional relationships.
- Identify and connect with relevant clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking,

referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable TV, print, digital media, and advertising

solutions.
- Follow up with interested clients and take discussions forward.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and participate in client discussions and negotiations.
- Stay connected with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat or additional

business.
- Keep client information updated in the CRM and track ongoing client activities.
- Work with internal teams such as creative, content, media, operations, and finance

whenever required.
- Keep an eye on market trends and relevant client opportunities.




- Work towards agreed monthly and yearly business goals and share regular updates with

management.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Media, Advertising, CRM, Client Servicing,

or B2B Client Management.
- Experience in TV, print, digital media, publishing, advertising, media agencies, or

broadcasting will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and developing strong professional relationships.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Someone who is confident, self-driven, and enjoys achieving business goals.
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related
