About the Role

AKOVA is looking for a confident and well-organized Client Services Coordinator to support day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, information sharing, and internal coordination. This is a non-sales role focused on professional communication and timely service support.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner.

· Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information.

· Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements and requests.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements.

· Maintain call records, follow-up details, and basic reports.

· Ensure regular and professional communication with clients.

· Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.

· Perform other client-service and coordination activities assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Confident, polite,



and professional telephone manner.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

· Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Ability to communicate clearly and maintain accurate records.

· Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
