Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability)

who can become the daily connection between our clients and their transformation journey.

What will you do?

- Connect with clients daily through WhatsApp and occasional calls
- Review meal pictures, daily routine and diet adherence
- Motivate clients and keep them accountable towards their goals
- Understand why a client is struggling and help them get back on track
- Appreciate progress while knowing when a client needs an extra push
- Identify low motivation, poor adherence or disengagement early
- Coordinate with our Dietitians whenever nutritional/clinical intervention is required
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to better retention & results





Who are we looking for? Psychology / Counselling / Nutrition / Home Science / Wellness background preferred Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage Strong understanding of human behaviour, motivation and different personality types Empathetic, positive and patient—but confident enough to hold clients accountable Comfortable managing multiple WhatsApp conversations and follow-ups systematically Comfortable speaking with clients over calls when required

You DON'T need to be a hardcore salesperson. We need someone who genuinely enjoys communicating with people, understands their mindset and can motivate them towards becoming a better version of themselves.
