? Location: Kuravankonam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
? Employment: Full-Time
? Experience: Freshers welcome | 1+ year experience preferred
? Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client & business relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate assistance
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Collect client feedback and share valuable insights
- Maintain client records and identify business opportunities
