Ahmedabad | Full-Time | Work From Office Change With Saurabh is looking for an energetic and empathetic Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability) who can become the daily connection between our clients and their transformation journey. What will you do?

- Connect with clients daily through WhatsApp and occasional calls - Review meal pictures, daily routine and diet adherence - Motivate clients and keep them accountable towards their goals - Understand why a client is struggling and help them get back on track - Appreciate progress while knowing when a client needs an extra push - Identify low motivation,



poor adherence or disengagement early - Coordinate with our Dietitians whenever nutritional/clinical intervention is required - Build strong client relationships and contribute to better retention & results Who are we looking for? ? Psychology / Counselling / Nutrition / Home Science / Wellness background preferred ? Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi;

Gujarati is an advantage ? Robust understanding of human behaviour, motivation and different personality types ❤️ Empathetic, positive and patient—but confident enough to hold clients accountable ? Comfortable managing multiple WhatsApp conversations and follow-ups systematically ☎️ Comfortable speaking with clients over calls when required You DON'T need to be a hardcore salesperson. We need someone who genuinely enjoys communicating with people, understands their mindset and can motivate them towards becoming a better version of themselves.
