Customer Support Executive / Client Support Executive

- Handle incoming client requirements and understand their legal needs.

- Assist clients in finding and engaging with the right lawyer on the platform.

- Provide professional support and guidance throughout the client-lawyer connection process.

- Coordinate with clients and lawyers to ensure smooth communication and timely assistance.

- Handle client queries and provide relevant information about available lawyers and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and handle incoming client calls and enquiries.

- Understand client requirements and collect necessary case-related information.

- Identify suitable lawyers based on the client's legal requirements.

- Connect clients with relevant lawyers available on the platform.





- Follow up with clients regarding their requirements and lawyer engagement.

- Coordinate with lawyers to ensure timely responses to client enquiries.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and follow-ups.

- Update client information and communication details in the system/CRM.

- Resolve basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams for complex issues.

- Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries.

- Maintain skilled and customer-friendly communication at all times.

- Work towards achieving assigned customer handling and conversion targets.

- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the process.
