We are looking for a confident, proactive and result-oriented professional to join our team in Chandigarh/Tricity.

This is a field-oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting people, and building relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Research and creating the data
- Meeting people and connect
- Extremely well versed with Social Media platform
- Communicate our POSH & legal compliance solutions effectively
- Arrange meetings and coordinate client discussions
- Follow up with prospects and proposals consistently
- Coordinate between clients and our legal/compliance team
- Accompany the founder/legal expert for selected client meetings and projects
- Build long-term relationships

What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable and qualified personality




- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable with field visits and corporate interactions
- Ability to research and gather relevant data
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, email and Excel/Google Sheets
- Graduate in any discipline with prior experience in client servicing and corporate training

The ideal candidate is someone who can take initiative, open doors, and build relationships. Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Employment: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
