We are looking for a confident, presentable, and well-spoken Client Relationship Executive who can manage client relationships, coordinate with potential and existing clients, and support the business development process.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and prior experience in client handling, coordination, or relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand their requirements and ensure smooth coordination.
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Connect with prospective clients and introduce the company's services.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and coordinate the meeting process.
- Accompany the Manager/Business Development team to client meetings and assist with communication and coordination.
- Maintain proper follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are communicated and addressed effectively.
- Maintain client records, meeting details, follow-ups, and communication updates.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings.
- Contribute towards building long-term client relationships and improving client satisfaction.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Client Handling, Client Coordination, Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, and Branding will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
