At Branding Monk, we help brands fix their positioning before they spend a rupee on marketing. We're a 14+ year old consultancy that's worked with 200+ brands across 13 countries — including several Shark Tank India names.

We're looking for someone who can be the connective tissue between our leads, our clients, and our design team. You'll own follow-ups, keep meetings on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between what a client asks for and what gets delivered.

What you'll do:

- Follow up on inbound leads and keep our pipeline moving — no lead sits untouched for more than 24 hours
- Schedule and manage client calls, reviews, and internal check-ins
- Be the bridge between clients and our design team — translate feedback into notes the team can actually act on
- Do a first-pass creative check on design work before it goes to the client




- Track timelines and flag delays before they become client-facing problems

What we're looking for:

- 3–4 years in an agency, consulting, sales coordination, or client servicing role
- Very solid written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- A genuine eye for design — you should be able to tell when something's off-brief, not just relay comments
- Comfortable using ChatGPT/Claude to speed up day-to-day coordination work
- Someone who follows up without being reminded and flags problems early

This is a coordination-first role, not a creative or strategy role — but the job needs someone with taste, not just task management.
