– Client & Photoshoot Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Client & Photoshoot Coordinator to manage customer communication, coordinate photoshoots, and ensure smooth execution of client requirements from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with customers and clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams accordingly.

Handle client follow-ups, queries, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.

Plan and coordinate product, model, brand, and promotional photoshoots.

Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists, makeup artists, vendors, and creative teams.

Prepare photoshoot requirements, schedules, props, products, and other necessary arrangements.

Ensure products and required materials are available and properly managed during shoots.

Coordinate the complete photoshoot process and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain proper records of client requirements, shoot schedules, deliverables,



and feedback.

Coordinate with the creative/design team for final content, images, and client deliverables.

Support client relationship management and contribute to building long-term client relationships.

Required Skills

Valuable coordination and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

Basic understanding of photography, photoshoots, and creative production.

Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle last-minute requirements.

Preferred

Experience in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, photography, creative agencies, or D2C brands will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in client servicing + photoshoot coordination will be preferred.
