This position is responsible for supervising the construction of roads and platforms for wind turbines during the erection phase of wind energy projects.

The Civil

Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe construction of these critical components, adhering to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Directly supervise the construction activities related to roads and platforms, including excavation, concrete pouring, and installation of reinforcements.

- Ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications.

- Monitor the work of subcontractors and ensure their compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used in rad and platform construction.

- Identify and address any quality issues promptly.

- Perform necessary tests and inspections to verify the structural integrity of the constructed elements.

- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures at the construction site.

- Conduct daily safety briefings with the construction crew.

- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

- Investigate and report any safety incidents.

- Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for rad and platform construction.

- Monitor the usage of materials and minimize wastage.

- Track the progress of rad and platform construction activities and report any delays or issues to the supervisor.





- Coordinate with other site personnel, such as crane operators, electricians, and surveyors, to ensure smooth and efficient construction operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

- 2+ years of experience in civil construction, with a strong preference for experience in wind energy projects.

- Proven experience in supervising the construction of concrete structures.

- Robust understanding of construction drawings and specifications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with the use of construction equipment and tools.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
