Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil works at assigned properties and project locations. This role includes supervising site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.

The Civil

Supervisor will review drawings and specifications, allocate resources, track material usage, and report site status to management. The role also involves conducting inspections, resolving on-site issues, liaising with clients and internal teams,



and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and construction tasks. The position requires consistent presence at sites and transparent documentation of work performed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision capabilities for managing teams and daily operations.
- Candidates should be comfortable working On Site and coordinating field activities across multiple property locations.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to safety standards, technical specifications, and company procedures.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in civil supervision or property maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations; ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities; readiness to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Familiarity with basic project reporting tools and willingness to adapt to company systems and processes.
