About the Role

We are looking for motivated and responsible Civil Site Engineers / Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, good knowledge of basic civil construction practices, and the ability to coordinate workers, contractors, materials, and daily site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day residential construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure proper execution.
- Check dimensions, levels, measurements, alignment, and other site requirements.
- Monitor usage and availability of construction materials at the site.
- Maintain daily records of site activities, labour attendance, materials, measurements, and work progress.
- Take measurements and assist with quantity calculations and billing-related measurements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers/management for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper sequencing and progress of construction activities.
- Monitor workmanship and report quality or execution issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and material suppliers when required.
- Follow basic construction safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.




- Prepare regular progress updates and communicate site status to management.
- Perform other site-related civil engineering and supervision responsibilities as required.

Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of residential building construction.
- Ability to read and understand basic civil/construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, quantities, levels, and construction materials.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors on site.
- Willingness to work primarily at the construction site.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine site-level issues independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Residential building construction experience.
- Knowledge of RCC, brick/block work, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Knowledge of construction measurements and quantity estimation.
- Experience coordinating labour and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.
- Solid site discipline and attention to detail.
