Role Responsibilities and Candidate Profile About the Role: ​We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Civil Site Engineer with 1 to 2 years of field experience in residential projects (independent houses, villas, or low-rise apartments).

Requirements for a Civil Engineering Site Position Educational Qualifications

Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Relevant Experience Experience: 1 – 2 years of practical, in office experience in residential building construction. Technical Competencies

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS),



quantity estimation, AutoCAD (drawing reading), and MS Excel for site logs. Language Proficiency

Languages: Working proficiency in Tamil for direct communication with local labor and vendors.

Transportation and License Mobility: Personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local site travel.

You will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervising labor, ensuring material quality, and maintaining project timelines from foundation to handover.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
